What will you do?Supervise the operation, conduct, and security of various table games, ensuring compliance with NH Lottery Commission regulations and company policies Oversee player tracking, table accounting, and conduct game promotions, including timely payouts and tax form processing Maintain Serve Safe Alcohol certification and prevent under-the-influence guests from playing Deliver exceptional customer service, greet players, up-sell Lucky North Club memberships, and communicate effectively with Shift Manager regarding game operations and guest concerns Manage a section of the gaming floor and dealers, including training, assigning work areas, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment 

More about youMinimum 21 years of ageMinimum of 1-2 years of full-time casino experience, Supervisor preferred Must have six months of experience in Table GamesMust be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Lottery gaming license Basic computer and math skills required
