You’ll work on essential production tasks, follow safety rules, and support a clean, efficient work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Help with daily tasks: + Rotate positions as needed + Use equipment properly + Perform cleaning and keep records + Support production flow: + Retrieve ingredients and tools + Report any food safety or quality issues right away + Notify Maintenance of equipment problems + Learn and follow SOPs, including: + Shoveling + Salting + Adding ingredients + Tower filling/operation + Sanitation and cleaning + Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs): + Wear proper protective gear (hair restraints, gloves, aprons) + Wash hands and change gloves regularly + Stay in designated areas and follow traffic patterns + Keep the workplace safe and professional + Follow all food safety and company policies + Do other tasks as needed to support the team **Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED preferred + Food or manufacturing experience is a plus + Must follow instructions and safety rules + Able to stand, move, and lift during long shifts + Team player with strong work ethic Hours: 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM (Rotating 12s) **About Express:** Express Employment Professionals is a locally owned and operated job match company.
