Primary Purpose of the Position
TaaS project proposes a series of solutions for the management of vehicle-to-fleet operations, based on telematics and predictive analytics technology.
Monitor and track alerts for TaaS fleets on the platform. Respond to alerts by informing fleet and service providers to ensure service is performed and alerts are resolved.
Communicate with fleets, service providers and installations partners to ensure service delivery.
Arranges vehicle availability with the fleet(s) to enable vehicle service.
Authorize /reject jobs for TaaS accounts on a dedicated platform. Verify that the data is in line with the initial application. Contacts service providers when jobs are not submitted on time or at all.
Troubleshoot hardware L1 support. Remote checks on TCUs and sensors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor the TaaS vehicles via the GMC platform. React on alerts by informing the fleet and service providers to ensure service is done and alerts are resolved.
Take contact with the customer both by phone and email.
Handle job authorization for TaaS accounts. Check if data is in line with job requests. Chase service providers when jobs are not submitted.
Arrange breakdown service for the fleet(s). Calling service providers which are on route for the fleet. Or arrange roadside service via the Goodyear Serviceline.
Support data management in GMC, Salesforce, MyWay.
Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Experience working in a call center or other customer support facing position
Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and ticketing tools
Experience with planning and scheduling
Previous experience in transport or technical sector is seen as a plus

Able to plan with different parties and execute against plan; Good self-organization and daily workflow planning skills
Focus on finding solutions to solve problems
Good communication skills
Language: German + English
