Job Description We are seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Partner to seasonally support Intern hiring for our teams in North America, with an emphasis on Quebec. TA Partners bring a high level of passion and energy to generate excitement in this space and play a critical role of facilitating this pipeline of interns to long-term employment. Responsibilities  Support and hire global interns via assigned requisitions  Facilitate the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership, cross-functional stakeholders internally, and candidate advocacy  Build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, prioritizing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, while building candidate pipelines that support team hiring goals  Work in a consultative manner with hiring teams, to ensure they are making the best hiring decisions possible  Leverage tools (Gem, Workday, Greenhouse) to track candidate progress and maintain clean data for reporting  Drive the offer process to extend offers, negotiate, close candidates, and generate offer letters We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Passion for early career programs and thorough understanding of the college tech skills market in Quebec. Prior experience hiring tech talent in Central Canada and/or United States is also preferred  Excellent time management skills, ability to shift priorities and strategy quickly and with ease  Proven ability to execute process initiatives, proactively solve problems, and communicate clearly with candidates and business stakeholders  Strong situational judgment and comfort with ambiguity.
