Overview (English) SodaStream - TA partner – COE & Integration Lead About the Role We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to act as a key partner to our Global TA Leader. This role will serve as the center of excellence (COE) for recruitment across SodaStream’s global markets, supporting recruiters in Israel and internationally. The role includes ownership of recruitment data and reporting, budget management, and driving process excellence. A major focus will be leading the continued integration of SodaStream’s TA operations into PepsiCo’s global systems and frameworks. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, offering strong potential for future growth into global HR or senior TA leadership roles. #Sodastream Responsibilities (English) Key Responsibilities Act as the global COE for recruitment operations and systems across all markets Partner with recruiters and HR teams globally to ensure best practice, alignment, and consistency Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and levels – both locally (Israel) and globally – including senior, niche, and cross-functional roles. Lead the next phase of TA integration into PepsiCo systems and processes, including: TA reporting and dashboard implementation System-based offer generation and contract management Develop and implement a referral program tailored to the Israeli market Onboarding Closing and implementing items from phase 1 of the integration Own and manage the TA budget: track costs, manage vendors, handle PRs, and monitor usage Build and maintain robust recruitment reporting tools; generate insights and data for decision-making Drive process improvements and documentation across recruitment touchpoints Serve as a key support for senior hiring processes, working closely with the Global TA Lead and business leaders Support global employer branding initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Global TA Stay current with market trends, talent tech, and TA best practices Qualifications (English) Requirements 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2–3 years in a global organization. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Experience working with recruitment systems Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive complex processes to completion Business-savvy with strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for recruitment, systems, and process design Desire to grow into broader HR and/or senior TA leadership roles Fluent English
