Key Deliverables
Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed Develop prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment/screening Understand external market and work with Business Heads, CXOs & Executive Search Partners to create competitive offers for external hiring Develop knowledge and experience of competitors, market intelligence and trends in recruitment. Drive the recruitment process in line with the HR process KPI’s including cost per hire, time to offer, time to fill, diversity, channel effectiveness and a positive customer experience· Partner with HR colleagues including HR Advisors, Rewards, Mobility and TA Operations to ensure a great overall One HR customer service experience facilitated by a smooth hiring and onboarding process
· Driving various strategic projects/programmes for organization-wide impact
