This role provides leadership and direction to a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors in order to deliver all recruitment needs (early career to hourly to professional experienced hiring and white collar contingent labor) within the geography, from requisition creation, sourcing strategy and talent pipelining through offer acceptance.
How you will contribute
You will:
Partner with the Business and People Leads in the geography to understand business priorities and create, deliver and monitor appropriate plans and strategies to deliver talent need aligned with global Talent Acquisition Strategy and bring subject matter expertise and market insights to talent discussions leveraging data to drive improved talent decision making and outcomes Ensure that the global vision, brand and identity are tailored to the needs of their specific geography.Work closely with to ensure requirements are fed into the BU Talent Acquisition StrategyProvide strategic leadership and day to day management and coaching to a team of high performing Talent Acquisition Advisors ensuring resources are appropriate planned to respond to business needs. Ensure a best in class candidate experience and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition process, through the identification of service issues and proactively proposing improvements and overseeing and supporting the implementation of changesOwn compliance requirements for the geography/function, ensuring all legal requirements are met and managed, as well as the ongoing management of recruitment prioritization against changing business needs.What you will bring

Extensive expertise in talent acquisition for the geography/function including early career to hourly to professional experienced hiring and white collar contingent labor Experience working in a complex matrix organization and prior CPG/FMCG Manufacturing experience highly preferredEvidence of successfully leading high performing teamsAbility to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership and management and to flex from strategic thinking to tactical and operational delivery Drive for results & customer service orientation Strong project and vendor management skills, ability to lead complex projects and pro-actively manage work and drive continuous improvementProven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project prioritiesMore about this role
This role provides leadership and direction to Frontline TA Advisors to deliver all recruitment needs within the function of Manufacturing, from requisition creation, sourcing strategy and talent pipelining through offer acceptance. The Lead owns compliance requirements for their respective function, ensuring all legal requirements are met and managed, as well as the ongoing management of recruitment prioritization against changing business needs. Frontline TA Lead is responsible for being an adept stakeholder manager that leverages data to create insights and drive improved talent decision making and outcomes.

Ensures frontline TA operations vision, brand and identity are tailored to the needs of their function (Manufacturing)Implements Frontline TA Operational Strategy and assists Frontline TA Advisors in aligning the Frontline strategy with specific function requirementsPartners with People Leads and Business Leaders to understand business prioritiesLeads and develops a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors that are competent in managing Talent Acquisition services and are continually developing to achieve a higher performing service offering; coaches and provides feedback and training to upskill the AdvisorsProvides strategic and leadership support to Talent Acquisition AdvisorsFunctions as the TA Frontline SME for the function – an internal consultant to solution for all BAU and incremental hiring needs; bringing market insights to bear on local talent discussionsManages all people management activities for a team of TA Advisors, ensuring effective on-boarding, performance management, development and adherence to policies and processes to meet the desired levels of serviceEnsures all TA Advisors are kept informed of new information related to HR procedures, projects / programs, employee needs and specific business issues which may impact service deliveryActs as point of escalation to effectively resolve complex issues and employee complaints by exceptionEnsures the effective and efficient delivery of Frontline Talent Acquisition services in line with agreed processes, tools, policies, standard operating procedures, KPIs and SLAs, prioritizing the workload and focus for TA AdvisorsFocuses on candidate experience and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition processResponsible for identifying service issues, proactively proposing improvements and leading or supporting the implementation of changesEducation / Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree requiredA minimum of five years of experience in TAAt least one year of leadership and people management experience requiredMust have strong communication, teamwork, influencing, and customer service skillsWhat extra ingredients you will bring:
