We’re hiring a T3 Systems Engineer and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The T3 Systems Engineer is responsible for creating and optimizing internal tooling and automating processes to enhance the efficiency of cross-functional teams. This role requires strong software development skills, experience navigating APIs and databases, and the ability to design robust technical systems that improve internal operations at scale. This position is fully remote.
Salary range: $77k-$86k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Architect and build internal software applications and scripts.
+ Develop and maintain APIs and data integrations between internal systems.
+ Plan and implement automation strategies that reduce manual work across departments.
+ Design technical specifications based on cross-functional needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
+ Own the lifecycle of internal tooling projects from planning to delivery.
+ Evaluate and implement new platforms, services, or custom workflows as needed.
+ Provide advanced technical support and guidance for complex systems issues.
+ Stay current on technology trends and identify opportunities for system improvement.

Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong software development and scripting capabilities (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
+ Experience with APIs, systems integration, and automation frameworks.
+ Analytical mindset with experience navigating and processing data from multiple sources.
+ Project planning and technical execution skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Education and Experience
+ Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
+ At least 2 years of experience in a system administration or technical support role.
Physical Requirements
+ Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
