We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in T24 / Temenos Transact to join our technology team in London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about delivering scalable, high-quality financial solutions.

 

The Role:

Design, develop, and maintain complex T24/Temenos Transact solutions. Lead solution architecture and guide the development team through implementation. Promote agile principles including continuous delivery, early testing, and rapid iteration. Mentor engineers on development standards and best practices. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Conduct peer reviews of code and technical documentation. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

 

What you will bring:

Extensive hands-on experience with T24 L3 development. Strong knowledge of TAFJ, including componentized code and library management. Proficient in InfoBasic, OFS processing, multi-threaded routines, and API development. Solid understanding of the T24 data model, Oracle databases, and basic Linux administration. Experience working in Agile teams with a strong grasp of software testing practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of Temenos Transact modules including: Securities Trading, Corporate Actions, and Delivery Workflows (e.g. SWIFT, Advice). API integration, core hooks, and customization templates.

Nice to have Qualifications:

Familiarity with Temenos Integration Framework, IRIS, JBoss, and various channel interfaces (BROWSER, IB, DFE). Experience with Core Java and Oracle database tuning. Exposure to Data Warehousing and related configuration.
