T&OD Specialist - Cluster North

Join Our Team as a Talent & Organisational Development Lead for Europe Cluster North!

As the Talent & Organisational Development Lead for Europe Cluster North, you will collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to craft and implement a talent development strategy for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. Our goal is to be the best place to learn and grow, and we need your expertise to make it happen.

What You'll Do:

Partner with regional and local stakeholders to develop the Talent & Organisational Development Strategy, aligning actions with country business objectives and the European People Plan.Collaborate with Senior Leadership and operational teams to drive our succession agenda, hosting Talent Councils, accelerating talent mobility, and mitigating talent risks.Lead leadership and management training programs within the market.Develop and launch a consistent early careers approach, including managing partnerships with third-party suppliers to attract, develop, and retain key talent. Support and manage Apprenticeship and Graduate program cohorts from recruitment to permanent roles.Lead associate engagement strategies, working with the COE team to implement global initiatives and design local strategies to improve engagement scores.Coordinate annual performance development reviews, educating and holding managers accountable in line with global guidelines.Be a key member of the European CoE for Talent & OD, leading Europe-wide projects and championing continuous improvement.Work with key stakeholders to develop and deliver the annual global development season program, including content design and driving participation rates.Use your strong business acumen to provide Talent insights that support the business agenda and strategy.Act as the talent subject matter expert for your geography, keeping HR and manager peers informed of market trends and best practices.

What You'll Need:

A degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.Proven experience in a Talent-focused role.Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity to investigate root causes, and the ability to think strategically and act on implementation.An open and inclusive team mindset, with excellent communication skills critical to success in this role.
