POSITION SUMMARY
The GBS Enterprise Services T&E Payments Team Lead will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting leadership across MEET, Travel & Expense (T&E), and Corporate Card & Travel (CC&T) operations.
The T&E (Travel & Expense) Payments Lead plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing corporate card and cash payment operations globally, ensuring accurate execution of payment processes, supporting local market needs, and upholding the company’s commitment to operational excellence, financial stewardship, and inclusive culture. This role oversees corporate card programs and manual cash payment requests, maintains accurate cash forecasts, leads the aging and delinquency process including reconciliation and resolution, ensures proper financial booking and accrual reporting, provides guidance and issue resolution for local card programs in alignment with compliance standards, and acts as the escalation point for payment-related issues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Payment Operations & Financial Management
Oversee corporate card payments, cash payments, and manual payment requests.Manage cash forecasting to ensure liquidity and alignment with budget plans.Lead the aging and delinquency reconciliation process, including follow-ups and clearing.Ensure accurate and timely financial bookings and accrual reporting.Support local market card programs, resolving payment issues and ensuring compliance.System & Process Administration
Administer Concur balance clearing for leavers and ensure proper closure of accounts.Maintain strong controls environment and ensure adherence to compliance and financial controls.Apply deep expertise in Accounts Payable processes and process migration.Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
