Role Mission
Transform production processes, focusing your activity on improving productivity, quality, safety, and process costs, while always ensuring compliance with current regulations.
What your responsibilities will be
Quality Deviation Management
Lead quality deviation investigations, documenting them, determining and executing CAPA actions, and monitoring their effectiveness. Participate in the factory's continuous improvement program. Conduct daily follow-up meetings for the corresponding processes assigned by the manager. Monitor process indicators, analyze and identify opportunities for improvement, and execute the necessary actions to improve processes. Process simplification and digitalization.
Project Management
Manage projects associated with the factory's production facilities independently and report to the factory's engineering manager, the production area manager, and direct manager. Ensure project compliance with deadlines, costs, and success criteria.
Artwork Change Management
Improve the Artwork Change Request Management system.
Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering. Master's degree in Continuous Improvement – Six Sigma (desirable). English level B2. You have 3 years of experience in similar roles leading continuous improvement projects for productive areas. You have a good command of the Office, SAP and Autocad (desirable). You are a dynamic, proactive person who can carry out projects independently with a sense of responsibility. You are organized and methodical, and you enjoy working in a team.
