Competencies and required skills
Career in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics or Manufacturing.
English 50% (Spoken and Written).
Teamwork skills.
General computer knowledge
Experience working with vehicle assembly plants, including knowledge of the processes and functions of vehicle electrical components.
Analysis and problem solving.
General Functions
Track response in established times for analysis of parts, claims, performance, self-assessments of manufacturing plants (return of parts, classification of claims, containment, root cause, corrective action, lesson learned, etc.).
Monitor monthly/annual performance of guarantees in relation to client metrics.
Update trackers of performance/returned parts.
Analysis of warranties/parts received by manufacturing plants,
Lead meetings with plants to review performance, guarantee charges, reclassification of charges, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, approval of charges to finance, receipt of customer credits, disputes in general, reporting risks and opportunities.
