Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Infrastructure / Plot Maintenance Technician to join our team in Muel, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our facility's infrastructure and outdoor areas, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.

Perform regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needsExecute preventive maintenance tasks on various building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVACConduct repairs and improvements to infrastructure as neededMaintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, parking lots, and walkwaysOperate and maintain various tools and equipment used in facility maintenanceRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situationsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesKeep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of suppliesCollaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptionsAssist in the development and implementation of long-term maintenance plans

QualificationsTechnical degree or vocational training in facility maintenance or a related field2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or property maintenanceProficiency in using various maintenance tools and equipmentKnowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVACUnderstanding of landscaping and outdoor maintenance techniquesFamiliarity with safety protocols and proceduresRelevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA or equivalent)Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communicationStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical capability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbingValid driver's licenseFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as neededKnowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
