Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Syteline Administrator. Responsibilities: * Administer and configure the Infor Syteline ERP system to meet business requirements, including module configuration, user setup, and security * Develop and maintain sales, purchasing, production, shipping, engineering, month-end, and annual reports to support business operations, ensuring accurate and timely information is available * Manage and support integrated applications within Syteline to ensure seamless operation and data integrity * Configure Syteline modules to meet the specific needs and requirements of the organization * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and Birst * Design, implement, and maintain data warehouses, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting and analysis * Develop and maintain custom integrations with external systems and applications to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency * Provide training curriculum and support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues * Stay informed of the latest Infor Syteline features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system performance and their applicability to the organization * Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and customization details * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to resolve issues related to the Syteline system * Respond to support tickets, diagnose problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner * Manage data within the Syteline system, including data imports, exports, backups, and data integrity checks; Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in accordance with organizational policies, needs, and best practices
