As a Systems Engineer you will serve as a key interface between the requirements, design, subsystem engineering, system engineering, and production teams.
In this role you will:
• Perform systems integration, test planning and implementation
• Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
• Support test activities on site and remotely
• Perform data reviews and provide feedback to test and integration teams
• Find opportunities for build flow and test efficiencies

Basic Qualifications:
• Breadth of knowledge and work experience implementing systems engineering standard methodologies and lessons learned
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes and Systems Integration functions which may include:
• System trade studies and/or System modeling
• Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development
• Test planning and implementation with an understanding of all the interdependencies
• Design reviews
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance; US Citizenship required
Desired Skills:
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent social skills, with the ability to lead multi-functional teams, shape meaningful relationships with team members and deliver consensus among peers
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change
• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• System Integration, Test and/or Verification
• Excellent leadership skills and whole systems thinking
• Active or Current DoD Secret or higher security clearance with investigation in the last 5 years
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
