Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Systems Solutions Co-ordinator professional to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage our primary software system, Agvance, coordinate grower data, and assist with IT support to ensure smooth operations within our co-operative. Additionally, you will help in agronomy operations,  using a variety of platforms. The role will also involve providing essential sales support and operational assistance during busy seasons, which may require demanding hours, including weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

Agvance Management: Oversee and manage the Agvance software, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system. Provide training and support to staff on Agvance functionalities and best practices. IT Support: Offer technical support for hardware and software issues, working to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed. Maintain and update IT documentation and manuals. Energy, Store, Feed, General Accounting assistance with tasks and equipment Grower Data Coordination: Coordinate and manage grower data to support agronomy operations and customer services. Ensure the accurate collection, entry, and analysis of grower data for decision-making and reporting. Custom Application Management: Assist in managing and optimizing our custom application tools for precision agronomy. Lead precision agronomy operations, including creating and implementing variable rate applications and prescription maps. Utilize a variety of platforms to deliver precision agronomy services to customers. Sales Support: Assist with sales processes, including order entry, customer inquiries, and product information. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Prepare and analyze sales reports to support strategic decision-making. Operational Assistance: Provide critical support during busy agricultural seasons, including extended hours, weekends, and evenings. Assist in coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness during peak times. Handle urgent requests and issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies and equipment inventory. Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other administrative activities. Provide general administrative support to the Agronomy and Sales departments. Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Agvance software or similar software systems. Strong technical skills with experience in IT support and troubleshooting. Experience with precision agronomy tools and practices, including variable rate applications and prescription maps. Familiarity with custom agronomy applications and data management platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work during busy seasons, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
