Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Systems Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to lead a team of about 13 and oversee our revenue cycle processes, with a strong emphasis on technical implementations, builds, and optimizations within the Epic environment. This involves managing technical teams of both front-end and back-end operations, including applications for patient scheduling, registration, billing, charges, claims, and medical coding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical processes, leadership, Epic certifications, and project management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Epic System Implementations and Builds: Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of Epic modules, including hospital billing (HB) and professional billing (PB). Oversee the build and ensure systems meet organizational needs and compliance standards.
Integration and Optimization: Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to integrate Epic systems with existing workflows, optimize performance, and ensure seamless operation.
Project Management: Lead technical projects related to Epic system enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations. Manage and oversee various projects and team members within the Epic Systems team.
Claims Processing Transition: Transition claims clearing from CHC Optum to Experian, focusing on technical aspects of back-end claims processing.
New Departments Service Line Management: Establish and manage new departments service line within the Epic system, including inpatient, revenue cycle, and ambulatory services. Ensure resources, schedules, referrals, and authorizations are integrated into the Epic system. Implement new charges and ensure proper billing configurations for neuro-surgery services. Collaborate with physician administration and scheduling departments to ensure seamless integration. Ensure compliance, revenue integrity, and accurate billing/claims processes within the Epic system.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Current Epic certifications, particularly in hospital billing (HB) and professional billing (PB).
Minimum of 3 years' experience leading Epic build and implementations, including planning and execution.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a related role. Experience with Epic Cadence and Prelude modules.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification null
