We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).
Your Role
Day to day you will be acting as the Audit and Compliance primary point of contact for STO. You will report into the STO senior leadership team comprising of the America’s lead, EMEA Lead and Global Head of STO.
You will coordinate with each Zurich security technology and product lead to ensure that all audit and compliance obligations are communicated and closed efficiently and effectively. Time management and communication skills are crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the relationships and deliver with internal and external audit functions Primary contributor to the upkeep of control and response policy and procedures Collaboration with Information Security functions, i.e. Cyber Security, Security Regulatory Compliance, etc Aid in the development of controls that cover hygiene activities, privileged access management, leavers, recertification and supplier access Track timely closure of identified control gaps and support action owners during issue remediation POC for all audit and compliance activities SOX, KRIs, Internal and External audits Appropriate and timely escalation to STO management and leadership Ensure strict compliance with audit controls and evidence requirements Mentor and share advanced knowledge less experienced team members
Experience:
Exceptional organizational skills Ability to create, track and manage workload with little to no oversight Ability to demonstrate strong interest and background in security control policies Proposing new or improved processes where needed, and work to identify emerging risks Excellent writing and verbal skills to communicate effectively Good listening and questioning skills Professional certifications: CISA, CRISC or similar will be preferred Knowledge of information and/or IT risk management standards and disciplines would be an advantage; particularly control frameworks such as ISO 27000 series or NIST's Cybersecurity Framework
