We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN). Data Modeler We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler with a solid understanding of cybersecurity business to design secure, scalable, and compliant data models. This role bridges data architecture with cyber operations, ensuring that sensitive assets, devices, and systems are represented, protected, and monitored effectively across the organization’s data infrastructure. Knowledge in Snowflake will be highly valued although it is not mandatory. Your role As a Data Modeler, your main responsibilities will involve: • Design and implement data models for performance and aligned with Snowflake best practices. • Leverage DBT to build, transform, and test scalable ETL pipelines in Snowflake. • Manage and classify data assets, ensuring appropriate access controls, encryption, and compliance with regulatory standards. • Model and integrate cybersecurity-related data (e.g., logs, alerts, threat intelligence) to support incident detection, response, and reporting. • Utilize Snowflake’s security features such as row access policies, dynamic data masking, and role-based access control to protect sensitive information. • Collaborate with cyber operations teams to define data requirements for threat monitoring, device tracking, and forensic analysis. • Monitor and maintain data governance standards, ensuring data quality, lineage, and auditability. • Support cyber operations by modeling log sources and events, integrating with SIEM/SOAR platforms where needed. Your Skills and Experience As a Big Data Developer, your skills and experience will ideally include: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. • Background in cybersecurity or experience working with InfoSec teams. • 3–5 years of experience in data modeling. • Strong experience in data modeling (conceptual/logical/physical) using tools like ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, dbt, or similar. • Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred), data normalization, and schema optimization. • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Amazon preferred). • Experience working with security-related data (assets, threats, vulnerabilities, IAM). • Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL/ELT pipelines. • Understanding of metadata management, lineage, and cataloging. • Support proactive risk identification and remediation strategies. • Enable metric-driven decisions in vulnerability, compliance, and risk management.
