Job Description
Continues Improvement work centers revolving around protecting critical assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, improve internal controls, and operational efficiency which enhance credibility with stakeholders and customers. As a Systems Integration Consultant you will play leadership role in planning, executing, and reporting on audits while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
To be successful in this role you need to identify vulnerabilities by mitigating weaknesses, proactive risk management, and implementing corrective actions to reduce the impact of potential disruptions.
You will report to the Manager, Continuous Improvement and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:Identifying areas where processes and workflows can be streamlined, leading to improved productivity and reduced operational costs.Increase the maturity and scope of Department compliance workCompliance builds trust with customers, partners, and stakeholders, fostering a positive reputation for the organization.NIS2 preparation representation in creating requirements for a managed services environment according to European Union regulations.Driving the rollout, training and execution of security programs in collaboration with Contract Engineering GRC and Security Lead and the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS).Maintain development of engineering standards, best practices, and specific implementation guidance of security program requirements.Take care of security vulnerability and risk assessments on business offerings, development and delivery processes.Provide the response and actions to mitigate identified security risks impacting the business.The Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar Engineering Technology degree.Familiarity with directives: ISO27001, 62443 2-4 / 2-3, GMP, NIS2min. 5 years experience in driving rollout of audit, conducting trainings and checking performances to the audit's standards ensuring reducing the risk or/and to mitigating it.Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Strong audit acumen meaning having diligence, and a solid understanding of regulations, risk assessment, and compliance requirements to ensuring adherence to industry standards.Driver, attached to details, collaborative mindset.What We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
