TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an immediate opening for a Systems Evaluation Specialist in Windsor, ON. \n
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to travel to the United States for business purposes without requiring employer sponsorship. Travel to the United States will be necessary within this role.\n
OVERVIEW\n
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Evaluation Specialist for a focused initiative to evaluate EPIC, GSAS, TRIGOApp and ETRAQ. The successful candidate will lead a structured comparison of these systems, engage with cross-functional teams to gather input against a list of criteria, and deliver a clear, data-driven recommendation to help the organization identify the optimal solution. Recommendation will be based on a structured evaluation framework developed by the Director of Business solutions. Day-to-day supervision will be coordinated via the EPIC Manager. Coordination and cooperation with key individuals from Canada, USA HT and USA Auto is a vital part of this role.\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nLead and coordinate the evaluation of four pre-identified systems, comparing functionality, usability, scalability, cost, and alignment with business needs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders-including IT, Business Solutions, Operations, Finance, Sales, HR-to gather and prioritize system requirements.\nWork within a team environment to develop a structured evaluation framework (e.g., weighted scoring matrix, risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis).\nCoordinate and facilitate system demos, trials, and pilot testing.\nDocument findings and complete the evaluation summary for each system to include rationale, risk considerations, and implementation implications.\nPresent evaluation results and recommendation to senior leadership from each entity as well as, EVP Americas.\nSupport early-stage planning for the transition to the selected system\nSupport selected system (details to be determined) – may include project management, training, etc\n\n
QUALIFICATIONS\n\nProven ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into objective, actionable recommendations.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills; experience with evaluation tools and methodologies.\nClear and effective communication and presentation skills.\nStrong project management capabilities; able to manage timelines and competing priorities.\nDetail oriented and well organized\nStrong communication skills\nExcellent understanding of tools used to deliver TRIGO services to end users\n\n
Experience & Education\n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandated.\n3+ years of experience in systems evaluation, business analysis and\/or extensive knowledge of one or more of the above mentioned TRIGO systems. \n\n
