We're seeking a Systems Engineering Associate Manager within the Advanced Strategic Programs (ASP) mission area, supporting the Mk21A Systems Engineering team in King of Prussia, PA. The position will provide technical direction, planning, and staffing support, in addition to the management of Project Engineering resources for the Mk21A Program. Responsibilities include oversight and guidance of a Systems Engineering team, encompassing the entire System Engineering life cycle, from architecture and requirements development through weapons system operations and sustainment.

This position will require functional leadership and demonstrated LM Full Spectrum Leadership qualities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Systems Engineering process knowledge or experience, and complete lifecycle experience with Engineering processes and reviews
• Cost Account Manager (CAM) Experience; understanding and experience with Earned Value Management
• Experience developing BOEs and executing cost and schedule baselines
• Demonstrated Project Management and/or leadership skills
• Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience with systems engineering related to missile systems and/or associated avionics
• Experience with US Air Force Weapon Systems Programs
• Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and external customers, lead multi-functional teams and build consensus among peers
• Ability to drive closure and resolve complex programmatic issues
• Recognized as an authority in systems thinking techniques with the demonstrated ability to apply them to a wide range of complex problems and train others in their application
• Active Top Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
