You will be a Systems Engineer in the Integrated Fighter Group \(IFG\)\.
The Integrated Fighter Group Line\-of\-Business Systems Engineering team at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineering to serve as the Operations Liaison and Control Account Manager\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
Your responsibilities will include:
• This position will be the Control Account Manager for the IFG Systems Engineering Line of Business Engineering team\.
• This position will be the Line of Business Engineering team proposal integrator and will work closely with the F\-22 and F\-16 Line of Business Engineering team Lead Engineers to ensure technical scope for all systems engineering activity is adequately captured, planned, and estimated\.
• This position provides a unique opportunity to help shape Systems Engineering across the Integrated Fighter Group F\-16 and F\-22 programs\.
• Responsible for representing Systems Engineering Line of Business Engineering team at Supplier Statement of Work \(SSOW\) Boards, Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, Requirements Reviews, Proposal Development, and supporting Program documentation and processes across F\-16 and F\-22 programs\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelors degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Experience within Systems Engineering and/or Engineering Management
• Prior Control Account Manager \(CAM\) experience
• Secret security clearance\.
**Desired Skills:**
• Experience providing expertise on systems engineering to other engineering team members, program management, business capture, and the customer\.
• Experience discerning issues quickly and creating alternate solutions\.
• Good verbal and written communications skills, able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and across functions/domains\.
• Experience leading others without having direct line of authority over them\.
• Thorough knowledge of F\-16 and F\-22 design, design history, processes, and tools\.
• Prior experience with Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, Supplier Statement of Work \(SSOW\) Process, proposals, and Systems Engineering documentation
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
