Lockheed Martin is looking for a highly motivated Systems Engineer to become a member of the Systems Engineering and Integration Team \(SEIT\)\.
As a Simulation Engineer, you will work with a team of engineers in performing the following duties and functions:
• Support FBM SWS Integration and Integration personnel for the support of SWS integration activities at the flight system level\.
• Maintain relationships between systems engineers on your team supporting Missile and internal/external Navy customers supporting other SWS subsystems \(Guidance, Fire Control, Reentry, Launcher, Navigation, etc\.\)
• Be a main point of contain for coordination of technical information into and out of Lockheed Martin for Navy customers and other contractors
• Support interface definition/creation between SWS subsystems\. Identify giver/receiver relationships between major SWS elements\. To support Systems Integration efforts\. Provide input to SWS planning artifacts \(SWS Integrated Master Plan, SWS Integrated Master Schedule, SWS Program Plan, etc\)
• Be responsible for providing local functional oversight to engineers within technical discipline\.
• Represent Lockheed Martin at Strategic Systems Programs \(SSP\) events and reviews, building customer relationships
**Successful candidates typically have 5\+ years** of professional experience\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
• Broad systems engineering experience \(e\.g\. system architecture and design, systems documentation, system requirements, CONOPS, systems verification\)
• Experience in system level requirements, product development, production, or sustainment
• Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule and technical performance
• Demonstrated leadership skills and whole systems thinking
• Experience with communicating technical integration details of multiple deployed architectures
• Secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
**Desired Skills:**
• Experience on FBM program
• Missile System or Satellite System integration experience
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with customers, subcontractors, and senior management
• Demonstrated ability to interact with cross functional team members in establishing system test requirements
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
• Experience with validating the architecture and verifying the requirements tied to it
• Ability to lead multi\-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals
• Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, INCOSE Certification, or relevant Graduate Certificate
• CAM certified
• Active Top Secret

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 \- $150,765\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\. This position is incentive plan eligible\.
