Responsibilities:

Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systemsCoordinates system development to include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testingPerforms continual maintenance and provides highly complex solutions for security, backup and redundancy problemsProvide engineering support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all servers and network devicesDevelops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problemsPerform complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the endOversees complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management toolsPerforms complex systems modeling, simulation, and analysisPerforms continual maintenance and provides complex solutions for security, backup, and redundancy problemsPrepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projectsMaintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology

Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent, 8+ years of experienceActive Top Secret clearance required

The likely salary range for this position is $121,680 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
