**Systems Engineer - India:** This position is for a Senior Systems Engineer role and the ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, with expertise in Linux, Windows, VMware and Storage systems. Candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure & datacenter servers while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. **In this role you will...** + Design, deploy, and maintaininfrastructure services across datacenters and public cloud environments(AWS, Azure, etc.). + Manage infrastructure projectswith a focus on high availability, performance, and scalability. + Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to identify infrastructure needs and deliver cloud-based solutions. + Manage and optimize cloud-basedstorage systems (block storage, object storage, and file systems). + Administer and optimize Linux andWindows-based servers and virtual machines and systems in cloudenvironments. + Automate infrastructuredeployment, configuration, and management through Infrastructure as Code(IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python orsimilar. + Implement monitoring, alerting,and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of cloudinfrastructure. + Troubleshoot and resolveinfrastructure-related incidents and performance issues. + Ensure data security andcompliance by applying security best practices to infrastructure designand management. + Provide guidance and mentorshipto junior engineers and staff. + Stay up to date with the latestcloud and datacenter technologies, trends, and best practices, and applythem to the infrastructure. + Assist in disaster recoveryplanning and execution to ensure data integrity and service availability. **You've got what it takes if you have…** + Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with atleast one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). + Operating Systems: Expertise in both Linux (RedHat, Rocky, CentOS, etc.) and Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) + Storage: Strong experience in managingcloud-based storage solutions (block storage, object storage, network filesystems) and on-premises storage technologies like NetApp, Pure and EMC + Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Infrastructure asCode (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting languagessuch as Python, Bash, or PowerShell and Ansible. + Virtualization & Containers: Experience with cloud-nativetechnologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and VMware. + Networking: Solid understanding of cloudnetworking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, security groups, VPN, andload balancing. + Monitoring & Security: Experience with monitoring andalerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Nagios) andimplementing security best practices (IAM, encryption, firewall policies). + Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose complexsystem and network issues, with a focus on performance optimization androot cause analysis. + Qualifications, Certifications in cloud platforms(AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, orsimilar). + Experience with CI/CD pipelinesand tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). + Experience with configurationmanagement tools such as Chef, Puppet, or SaltStack. + Knowledge of database managementin cloud environments (e.g., SQL, Oracle DB, MongoDB databases). + Strong communication andcollaboration skills for working across teams and stakeholders.
