Summary: The Systems Engineer will be supporting GES tiger teams in the field by serving as project lead in investigating MHE performance issues, leading daily meetings, sending daily and weekly reports, and driving long-term corrective actions with upstream partners including engineering and design teams. Duties: * Coordinate efforts to develop optimal solutions and processes for the sortation and transportation network through process design, site layout, and intellectual property considerations * Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time * Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors * Effective communication skills, ability to execute the vision, detailed roadmap, and specific technical solutions
