Systems Engineer II - Data Center Operations
Job Summary: JOB DESCRIPTION – Systems Engineer 2 - Data Center Operations Location: 2121 South Price Road, Chandler, AZ, United States (On site) Division: Ticketmaster US Line Manager: Senior Manager, Datacenter Operations Contract Terms: Permanent, Full-time THE TEAM This position will be part of Ticketmaster’s Datacenter Management team. The team is responsible for building, maintaining and keeping the company’s physical infrastructure footprint running smoothly to keep fans happy. THE JOB Ticketmaster is seeking Talented Infrastructure Engineers responsible for managing Datacenter-based projects and Operations tasks crucial to supporting our critical Datacenter devices and infrastructure. You will be handling requests from and supporting internal service teams by responding to requests for hardware installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and recycling efforts. This role is also responsible for proactively monitoring critical hardware systems and focusing on higher level initiatives that include firmware management, hardware monitoring and alerting and metrics collection. This is an exciting time to come on board with Ticketmaster, as we look to the "Return to Live" later this year.
