\n\nYou will report directly to our Ring Laser Gyro Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Minneapolis, MN location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days.
\n\nIn this role, you will impact the development and deployment of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components. You will ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry’s best practices. You will be accountable for maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends that you will apply to address complex engineering demands and provide solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for your customers.

Key Responsibilities
\n\n\n\tFacilitate the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software components\n\tProvide successful execution of complex engineering projects\n\tGuide the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally\n\tProvide technical guidance in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational\n\tWork within a diverse team to perform technical execution, technical risk management, requirements management for customer missionizations and new products development for Honeywell Embedded GPS/INS product line \n\tInterface with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Project Engineer, and other Integrated Program Team (IPT) members. \n\tPerform customer flow-down requirement analysis, feasibility assessment, technical solution development including but not limited to test strategy and architecture development, Engineering test design and development. \n\tDesign and develop System Verification test cases/scripts, and perform testing.\n\tDesign and develop test cases/scripts for Complex Electronic Hardware Requirements.\n\tContribute to system design team meetings (SRR, PDR, TRR, CDR, FCA/PCA, TIMs) with internal and external customers.\n\n\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL

The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000 - $137,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

\n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics\n\t1.5+ years of experience in systems engineering and project guidance\n\tComprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting\n\tExcellent communication and people-oriented skills\n\tAbility to work under minimal supervision\n\n\nWE VALUE
