The Digital Workspace Engineer is a key member of a global team committed to delivering a seamless, modern digital experience across the enterprise. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Workspace Management, this hands-on technical role is focused on the administration of critical infrastructure platforms that provide secure, compliant and efficient device lifecycle management of mobile devices (iOS, Android), Mac computers, smart meeting rooms and digital signage, also supporting virtual workspace services. With a strong emphasis on innovation and operational excellence, the Engineer designs and supports solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration in the modern workplace.
What we’re looking for
Education: High school diploma required. Associate’s degree or technical school certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with Mobility Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Microsoft Intune or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience (2+ years) with the configuration, support, and troubleshooting of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android, in an enterprise environment.
Working knowledge of mobile device and application management technologies, including enrollment workflows, policy configuration, and compliance monitoring.
Experience supporting backend systems for Mac device management (JAMF) is preferred.
Familiarity with smart meeting room and digital signage technologies is a plus.
Exposure to IT security best practices for mobile endpoints (e.g., encryption, secure authentication, conditional access) is beneficial.
Basic understanding of identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD) is a plus.
Knowledge or experience with digital workspace technologies (e.g., mobile device management, Mac management, or meeting room systems) is not required but considered an asset in this role.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of device management platforms, especially Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise and JAMF.
Familiarity with mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android, including app ecosystems, device policies, and platform-specific management tools.
Awareness of endpoint security policies, and data protection standards.
Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for systems and configuration issues.
Clear documentation and technical writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and vendors.
Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and system configurations efficiently.

Ability to manage and optimize workspace platforms in a global environment.
Capable of interpreting business or support needs into system configurations and policies.
Able to work independently while contributing to team-driven goals.
Comfortable working across time zones and participating in international support initiatives.

How will you thrive and create an impact:
Maintain and manage backend systems such as Intune, Apple Business Manager, and JAMF.
Develop and enforce device enrollment configurations, compliance policies, and application deployment profiles for mobile and Mac endpoints.
Ensure that smart meeting room technology infrastructure is kept up to date and aligned with global standards.
Support integration between MDM platforms and third-party services (e.g., certificate authorities, compliance tools, Apple DEP, Android Zero-Touch).
Monitor enrollment workflows and system health; proactively identify and resolve configuration or sync issues before they impact end-user provisioning.
Act as Tier 3 escalation for enrollment, policy, and compliance issues.
Participate in audits and compliance checks, providing necessary reporting from the workspace management systems.
Document configurations, technical standards, and procedures to ensure repeatable and supportable system management.
Work closely with the End User Support Team (Site Services) to align backend configuration with operational deployment workflows.
Research new features and tools to improve enrollment processes and device lifecycle automation.
Enforce security and compliance standards across managed devices.
Participate in or lead technical projects related to workspace platform enhancements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
