Job Title: Systems Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a System Engineer who is mission-focused and passionate about system architecture, design, specification, evaluation, integration, testing, and adaptation. You will join a team of distributed engineers to help shape the architecture and requirements of custom applications and advanced R&D solutions. Working within a multi-disciplinary agile team alongside developers, UX specialists, testers, and other roles, you will contribute to solutions for our customers.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute program milestones events such as customer meetings, internal and formal government testing events, and discrepancy report review boards.Conduct testing events of software solutions and generate test result documentation.Engage in systems engineering lifecycle activities including verification, validation, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software integration.Develop test procedures that verify requirements and create tracings between requirements, code, and verification.Essential SkillsCurrent TS/SCI Clearance.Experience with systems engineering, requirements, hardware/software integration, and the systems engineering lifecycle.Proficiency in developing tracings between requirements, code, and verification.Capability to develop test procedures that verify requirements.Additional Skills & QualificationsSec + certification.Experience with automated tests, COTS, cloud, AWS, SATCOM, and GEOINT.Work Environment

The headquarters are located in Aurora, featuring office spaces, a kitchen, gym, and an on-site SCIF. The company provides sodas and snacks. Currently, there are 100 employees, with plans to grow by another 40. You will be part of a small, high-end software technology company that delivers operational solutions and performs advanced R&D for the DoD and Intelligence Community. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $90.00/hr.
