This role focuses on the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments, as well as the migration and development of forms and components. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, developers, and federal stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and standards-compliant solutions that align with agency governance, Section 508 requirements, and modernization goals.

**Responsibilities**
+ Configure, tune, and patch Adobe AEM instances (6.x+ or on-premises) to ensure optimal performance and security.
+ Lead the migration of legacy forms and components into modern AEM platforms, ensuring fidelity and functionality.
+ Design and develop custom AEM components and templates to support dynamic, responsive, and accessible forms.
+ Implement secure integrations with agency systems and APIs, including identity management, case management, and data services.
+ Collaborate with technical architects and developers to support agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical estimation.
+ Ensure all system configurations and customizations meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
+ Support DevSecOps practices including automated deployment, testing, and monitoring of AEM environments.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues related to performance, integration, and security.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
+ 3+ years of experience in system engineering or AEM administration, preferably in a federal environment.
+ Proven experience with Adobe AEM Forms, including installation, configuration, and customization.
+ Strong understanding of cloud and on-premises architectures, RESTful APIs, and secure system integration.
+ Familiarity with Section 508/WCAG 2.0/2.1 compliance and accessibility testing tools.
+ Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
+ Knowledge of federal identity and access management systems (e.g., PIV, ICAM, SSO).
+ Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, AWS SysOps Administrator) are a plus. Experience with Section 508, WCAG 2.0/2.1 standards, and ensuring compliance in complex systems.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and DevSecOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
+ Experience integrating systems with federal identity and access management solutions (e.g., SSO, PIV, ICAM).
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, SAFe Architect, or TOGAF are a plus.
