Responsibilities: * On-call support to monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines and Neo4J EC2 Instances * Identify and root cause failures, troubleshoot failures and deploy fixes * Monitor performance benchmarks and tweak parameters as needed to optimize customer experience * Address on call tickets at various severity levels in resolving issues related to ETL failures and infrastructure related issues * Document incidents and resolutions * Dive deep to resolve problems at their root, looking for failure patterns amenable to long-term solutions via simplification and automation
