Qualifications: 

Proven experience in API development and integration architecture.  Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and experience working within structured change management environments (ServiceNow preferred)  Strong understanding of REST APIs, data aggregation techniques, and string manipulation.  Familiarity with enterprise automation tools and conversational AI platforms like Moveworks.  Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and experience working within structured change management environments.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
