Job Description
The Systems Engineer will be primarily responsible for the Integration and Testing (I&T) of a maritime program. This role includes tasks such as formal verification, formal validation, and system integration. Additionally, the position involves supporting architectural drawings, design specifications, implementation instructions, test procedures, and test reports.
ResponsibilitiesConduct formal verification and validation of systems.Perform system integration and testing.Support the development of architectural drawings and design specifications.Create and implement test procedures and generate comprehensive test reports.Collaborate on system integration and contribute to the design and testing phases.Essential SkillsProficiency in integration testing and test procedure development.Experience in test reporting and system validation.Familiarity with DOORS software and MBSE methodologies.Strong understanding of SysML and defense industry standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.4-8 years of related experience in system integration and testing.Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US clearance.Preferred experience with MBSE tools, including Cameo or Magicdraw.Work Environment
The work environment includes a recently formed team of 14 Systems Engineers who excel in high-pressure and safety-critical situations. The role supports mission-critical products that are crucial for the safety of military personnel, specifically involving medium power systems up to 1000 volts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
