Job Title: Systems Engineer We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Test Engineer with over 8 years of experience in systems engineering principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing test procedures and executing test scripts to evaluate system performance. Responsibilities + Provide technical direction and requirement transparency across development teams + Performing requirements management including requirements creation, tracking, flow down, coverage, verification tracking, compliance matrices, etc. + Decomposing system requirements and collaborating with multi-disciplined, distributed teams to generate efficient and scalable solutions + Supporting the development, implementation, and verification of mission capabilities + Participating in the development and execution of program milestones events such as Customer meetings, internal and formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report (DR) review boards + Conducting testing events of software solutions and generating test result documentation Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT or related engineering field + At least 3 years of professional experience working in software development or systems engineering + Effective cross-organizational communicator with the ability to work well in a small team, fast paced environment + Ability to develop requirements + Ability to develop test procedures that verify requirements + Ability to develop tracings between requirements, code, and verification + Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology + Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance Work Environment This is a hybrid role based in either Colorado Springs or Denver Metro.
