We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Systems Engineer, Senior. This position is in support of the USAREUR-AF Mission Partner MND, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Designs the storage concepts/processes related to resource allocation management for enterprise IT infrastructure, including VDI applications, server environments, storage area networks, desktop environments, and user endpoints connected to the network
Upgrades software, applies patches, and ensures physical security of enterprise storage and data
Designs and implements solutions for data storage and maintenance
Configures, allocates, provisions, and manages storage resources
Designs disaster recovery plans and backup/archive procedures, including continuity of operations and disaster recovery planning and exercises
Implements storage solutions supporting networks that interface with other coalition networks that operate a VDI environment
Creates reports and metrics for performance/data usage using office automation applications
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
BA/BS +8-12 years recent experience
Certification – 8140 - FITSP-D or GDSA or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP or GSEC
Displays extensive expertise in systems engineering principles, with a strong background in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems across classified and unclassified environments.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), systems integration, and configuration management for diverse IT networks and communication systems.
Exhibits mastery in conducting technical assessments, optimizing system performance, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and security.
Displays expertise in network configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and agile and DevSecOps processes.
Excels in preparing detailed engineering analyses, reports, and technical documentation, while demonstrating proficiency in quality assurance testing and acquisition resource management.
Commands expertise in troubleshooting complex integration issues, creating storage systems, maintaining hardware, and developing technical solutions for baseline change requests.
Brings proven experience in leading high-impact projects, collaborating across multiple technical domains, and potentially supervising engineering teams.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
