Position: Systems Coordinator

\n

Shift/Hours: Monday –; Friday 10am –; 6pm

\n

Starting Pay:$21.00

\n

General job description below, the ideal will also have the following skills:

Role Purpose: Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems. May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software.

\n

\n

Key Accountabilities:

\n\nResponsible for operational system integrity, including setup and control.\nFacilitate site(s) Warehouse Management System with proficiency.\nAssist management with facility layout and design to efficiently utilize the WMS.\nProject development and implementation.\nMonitor WMS for inventory management control.\nInterface with operation staffs to maximize system efficiencies.\nDevelop, implement, and monitor sites performance systemically.\nAnalyze system discrepancies; generation of reports as necessary.\nMay write crystal programs as required to facilitate the success of the total network.\nInterface with customer host representative to identify and resolve issues systemically.\nDiagnose complex end user device issues, recommend and document process for resolutions.\nDevelop and maintain training materials and guides to using the system.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\n

Required Education and Experience:

\n\nTwo years related experience\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred\n\n
