Job Title: SAP Systems Analyst III - B2B/Integrations

Location: Costa Rica (Hybrid)

Division: Information Technology

A Day in the Life

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP B2B solutionsProvide technical expertise and SAP support for B2B-related projectsEnsure successful integration of SAP B2B interfaces, primarily supporting IDoc-based EDI processesCoordinate with middleware teams to support data mapping, configuration, and testingMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve B2B interface issues and partner-related errorsContribute to documentation, testing, and support planning for SAP B2B enhancements

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detailExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of SAP B2B technical experienceExperience collaborating with middleware/integration teamsStrong background in SAP support, interface testing, and partner coordinationExperience supporting SAP B2B integrations in both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA systems

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

In-depth understanding of SAP systems and IDoc processesFamiliarity with common EDI standards (XML, CXML, ANSI X12, EDIFACT)Strong communication and teamwork capabilitiesAbility to adhere strictly to timelines and deliverables

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote workOccasional travel may be required to support project needs
