Job Duties

Perform configuration and report development within the ERP system.  Ensure deliveries are fully integrated in the ERP system and align with business needs to support business operations.  Develop configurations and reports to align with business needs, working either independently or in coordination with a Business Analyst, to ensure solution appropriately fulfils requirement. Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend ERP-related solutions.  Execute data migration projects to ensure accurate and consistent data integrity during system transitions.  Support strategies for data migration that ensure seamless transition and integration of global business operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the ERP system supports and enhances business operations, driving efficiency and innovation. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and prompt issue resolution for ERP users throughout the Company’s global locations. 

 

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of related experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Three to five years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of IFS ERP system management software and architecture, with two years in IFS Cloud.  Proven experience in data migration, tools, and techniques.  Familiar with Configurations, Reports, Integrations, and Modifications (CRIM) processes and ERP system integration with experience in CRIM development/deployment.  Good background in business analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
