Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years - Systems Implementation; Or - 2 years - Systems Design; Or - 3 years - Systems Support. HS Graduate or Equivalent GEDPreferred Skills:VoIP protocols, including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) Networking fundamentals; including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching. Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection and Microsoft Teams Voice. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic voice-related issues, such as poor call quality (jitter, latency) and connectivity problems.
