Systems Analyst

**_This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month._**
**Position Summary:**
The Systems Analyst supports the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise systems. This role is ideal for a technically inclined professional looking to grow their expertise in system operations, automation, and IT infrastructure within a collaborative team environment.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 1–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
**Technical Skills & Experience:**
+ Enterprise Systems Support: Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange and ProofPoint systems.
+ Automation & Scripting: Basic PowerShell scripting for routine administrative tasks.
+ Monitoring & Alerts: Use tools like Datadog and Splunk to monitor system health and escalate issues.
+ Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts
+ Security Awareness: Understand and follow security protocols and patching procedures.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
+ Support the administration of enterprise email and security systems.
+ Monitor system alerts and performance metrics; escalate issues as needed.
+ Assist in writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation.
+ Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
+ Participate in system updates, patching, and routine maintenance.
+ Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for system-related issues.
+ Collaborate with senior analysts and engineers on IT projects
+ Contribute to the development of user guides and standard operating procedures.
+ Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
