As a PharmNet Systems Analyst, you are responsible for consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, provide upgrade support and ongoing system maintenance. As a member of this team, you will complete client-specific design, configuration and troubleshooting with appropriate build tools.  You will apply and suggest system improvements to implement and consult on complex configuration decisions.  You will also take part in quarterly upgrades where you execute test scripts, note changes in end-user functionality, review defects and notify the client of any upcoming changes.  Finally, your responsibilities will include working with team members across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and leverage internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution.
