Position Overview
The HIH - Systems Analysis Lead Analyst will onboard, upgrade, maintain, and administer internal and vendor applications across various corporate and HR functions, often requiring coordination between business areas and vendors. The analyst will support applications across various business areas, including HCM, Global Security & Aviation, Food Services, Printing and Distribution, Travel & Meeting Services, Corporate Research, Civic Affairs, and Real Estate.
Responsibilities:
Work with business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsManage a work intake process for request triage and deliveryManage vendor applications and oversee vendor relationshipsDocument and provide on-going production support for the applications as requiredEnsure that production support meets established SLAsEnsure that projects are delivered on time and within budget and are of the highest quality, meeting all team standardsEnsure business partners are receiving key production changes and are satisfied with deliveryGuide projects through all phases of the SDLCSelect and implement best practices and processes for Source Control, Build Automation, Testing, Code Review, and Production SupportCoordinates with other team members and business areas to integrate project with other applicationsBalance project management and technical delivery responsibilities to satisfy requirements from a broad range of internal and external stakeholdersCompetencies / Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (including MS Project and Visio)Proficiency creating and maintaining relational databases on SQL server including views and stored proceduresProficiency with SSIS packages and Connect Direct for data movement between internal and external stakeholdersBasic programming and database knowledge to analyze production issues (.NET, JavaScript, SQL, Python)Proficient in technical troubleshooting in production environmentsDemonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated knowledge of software development life cycle and project management life cycle requiredAbility to work with third party consultants and vendors / Experience in vendor management and hosted solutionsAbility to manage business relationshipsQualifications:

Location & Hours of Work:
