Systems Analysis Analyst - HIH - Evernorth
Responsibilities
•Identify business functions within business and system processes [existing and new], that can be defined and developed as integration solutions
•Out of the discovery and analysis process, the SA will help to define Agile Features and user stories as we work to document functional requirements and prepare the associated artifacts necessary to build integrated solutions.
•The scrum team will use these artifacts as “blue prints” for the development, testing and delivering the solution to production
•Comprehend and provide analysis, requirement solicitation, architecture and design support for scrum team(s)
•Prepares detailed business, system, functional, and non-functional requirements documentation that development teams will use to plan, develop, test, and implement application/system functionality
•Coordinates activities with other technology and business organizations to ensure successful development and implementation of assigned work
•Direct the team in troubleshooting and problem resolution
•Ensure engineering solutions align with the Technology strategy and that they support the application’s requirements
•Identify and drive process improvement opportunities

Qualifications
Required Skills:
•Associates/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
•1 – 3 years of experience in technical project delivery
•Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model.
Required Experience & Education:
•Aptitude for gaining deep knowledge of industry and business, and proactively using this knowledge to deliver meaningful results
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills
•Strong time and project management skills
•Adept problem-solving, influencing and critical-thinking skills
•Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity
•Strong requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation skills, at business, functional, and technical levels.
•Technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa.
•Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example
•Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
•Excellence in analysis including Data Models, Data analysis, and Data Mapping
•General intrinsic curiosity as it relates to technical solutions
•Experience in Agile tools (JIRA), collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint), Visio, ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
•Experience with Agile development; Agile certification is a plus (i.e. SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner)
•Experience in API Standards, Microservices Architecture and Cloud capabilities
•Experience in RESTful APIs and SOAP services and message formats such as JSON and XML
