Systems Administrator SME
**Overview** GovCIO is currently hiring for Systems Administrator SME to manage the overall maintenance, administration, optimization of the LMS platform . This position will be located in Columbia, MD and will be an on-site position. **Responsibilities** Managing user access, configuring the system, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the system meets the organization's learning and development needs. Play a key role in integrating the LMS with other systems and ensuring the platform remains up-to-date with the latest features and security patches Translates high level product development strategies into network and system requirement specifications and works with other engineering disciplines to develop lower level detailed implementation requirements. Establishes and coordinates development of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the overall network and system development. Configuring the LMS, managing user accounts, permissions, and roles, and ensuring the system is properly maintained and updated. + Providing technical support to users, resolving login issues, navigation challenges, and content access problems. + Uploading and organizing learning materials, ensuring content is current and easily accessible. + Collaborating with IT and other teams to integrate the LMS with other enterprise systems. + Generating reports on LMS usage and course performance to track learning progress and system effectiveness. + Providing training to users on how to effectively use the LMS and its features **Qualifications** High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience + Clearance Required: TS/SCI + 10+ years of knowledge/experience leading system admin-istration teams, overseeing LMS (e.g., Blackboard) mainte-nance, integration, and providing expert technical guidance. + Skilled in system administration, team leadership, LMS management, and technical support. + IAT Level II or higher ***PENDING CONTRACT AWARD*** Preferred Skills and Experience **Company Overview** GovCIO is a team of transformers--people who are passionate about transforming government IT.
