Manage and maintain AI systems, including hardware and software components. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of IT infrastructure. Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure security and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve on premise and cloud infrastructure Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions. Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services. Administrator and support Azure Entra and RBAC Manage virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff. Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams. Ensure NIST 800-171 compliance. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. Skills: Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 6 or more years of relevant experience Higher education may substitute for relevant experience 3-5 years' Experience implementing and supporting Hypervisor/Hyperconverged environments (VMware, Nutanix etc.) 1-3 years' experience implementing and supporting AWS or Azure Cloud Operations 3-5 years' Experience with IT Operations Monitoring Tools (Azure Monitor, VROperations, Solarwinds) Ability to Trouble shoot Network connectivity between Server-to-Server infrastructure across environments Experience with networks (LAN, WAN, VLAN) and patch management of devices Familiarity with administration and troubleshooting various operating systems and platforms (Microsoft, Red Hat, Azure, AWS) Excellent communication skill Education: Requires a BA/BS in Related Field.
