This role is crucial for ensuring application availability worldwide and requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** • Support Linux and Cloud (AWS) production and development environments. • Maintain the software platform and infrastructure for our gaming products. • Implement policies and procedures to align with company values, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. • Drive standardization in provisioning, server applications, server roles, monitoring, workflow, infrastructure performance testing, and software release practices. • Provide thought leadership in Windows/Linux and Cloud (AWS) infrastructure, performance management, and technology operations. **Qualifications** Qualifications: • BA or BS degree, or Technical Development with Systems Engineering certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer) or Cloud certifications in administration and operations. • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Linux/Cloud (AWS) systems and application system administration, preferably in a high-transaction, high-availability 24x7 environment. • Experience in supporting Enterprise Web Hosting environments and understanding network fundamentals. • Proven ability to implement, manage, and support highly scalable and high-performance SaaS and PaaS infrastructures. • Experience in building and supporting monitoring infrastructure (e.g., Nagios, Grafana, ELK, OpenSearch). And Application Performance Monitoring (APM) experience is a plus. • Proficiency in scripting languages.
