**Description**
**Job Summary:**
The Systems Administrator II is responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support to the CBRE Government and Defense Systems job sites and new starts. You will work closely with the operations teams, CIO, CISO, and system administrators to ensure support to job site locations both within CONUS and OCONUS.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Troubleshoot and provide technical support to employees who are stationed at job sites
+ Create and manage system permissions and user accounts
+ Set-up and manage hardware assets at job sites
+ Create and maintain a working inventory of hardware and software assets at job sites
+ Be the key contact for job site start-ups and transitions
+ Set-up new hardware and software applications for new job sites
+ Collaborate across the operations and support teams to troubleshoot and optimize technology solutions
+ Serve as a subject matter expert for operations teams during proposal and start-up phase
+ Proactively update and maintain hardware and software assets to prevent downtime
**Required Experience:**
+ 5+ years of experience in an IT Administration role
+ Experience with Microsoft Azure
+ Experience with networking, switch configurations, and firewall settings
+ Experience with customer service, help desk and/or troubleshooting
**Required Skills:**
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft and Linux
+ Experience in hardware management
+ Problem solving skills
+ Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 preferred
**Travel Required:** Up to 30%
